Magdalena was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. She listened to what we were looking for, always had our best interests in mind. Mrs. Chytra went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and on schedule. We felt supported and confident throughout the entire process of buying the house. We are so grateful for her hard work, dedication, and professionalism. We would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Working with Magdalena to purchase my first home was truly a pleasure. I had all kinds of issues/questions during the close and Magdalena helped with everything. She was extremely communicative and knowledgeable and even gave me a ton of recommendations for contractors. Overall I'm significantly better off from having her involved in the process and can't recommend her enough!

We had the absolute best experience working with Magdalena! Buying a condo for my mother-in-law could have been stressful, but instead it was filled with fun and laughter thanks to her positive energy and sense of humor. She went above and beyond to make sure we found a home that would welcome my mother-in-law's ESA dogs, which was one of our top priorities. What really stood out was her patience and dedication in helping my mother-in-law navigate all the paperwork, especially since English is a second language for my mother in law. She explained everything clearly, step by step, and never made us feel rushed. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We were VERY happy with our experience with Magdalena. She was super 'on it' to keep the process moving forward. She was extremely responsive and had answers or was quick to get them. And she provided a seamless transaction in the end. I would highly recommend. One last thing, she is experienced well beyond the 2 years of being a real estate agent, don't let that fool you!
